Instruction Refund Policy

We have a refund policy to protect the section from financial loss, regardless of injury or any other reason. 

In any instance of a refund, a 10% admin charge is deducted.**

If you withdraw after having paid: 

• Greater that 4 weeks from the course start date = 90% refund 

• Between 2 & 4 weeks = 50% refund* 

• Less than 2 weeks = 0% refund*

*If the club or yourself manage to find a suitable replacement to fill the spot, you'll receive a 90% refund. 

**A full refund will only be given minus the online payment transaction fee when: 

• We cancel the course.

• If we deem you not suitable for the course.
